Care that can best be described as medical care focusing on pain management and symptom control that is available to you in the comfort of your own home includes medications, medical equipment and medical supplies related to you diagnosis. Patients who reside in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Personal Care homes can also receive this care.
